Danielle McLellan-Bujnak is a developmental specialist, educator, researcher, writer, and speaker with over 15 years of experience working with children, families, and communities.

Her work focuses on how relationships, environments, and systems shape human development — from early childhood through adulthood. She is a PhD candidate in Developmental Psychology and holds advanced degrees in Education and Human Development.

Danielle is the creator of Respectful Care® and the Faces of Childcare research initiative. She writes under the pen name Amy Huntsman and speaks internationally on development, education, and care systems.
